What is included in the basic rental fee?
The basic facility rental fee includes: facility fee, red carpet entry, tables, chairs, colored linens, choice of candlelit centerpiece, set-up/take down service, and professional consultations. Our Saturday rental fee also includes (1) security officer.
Saturday rentals are for a full day
(6 hours actual usage time – 4 hours event time).
Tuesday – Thursday are discounted and charged at an hourly rate.
Friday and Sunday are charged out at an hourly rate with a 6 hour minimum

Additional services are added to the basic rental fee to create your customized package which includes catering options plus any other ancillary services you choose. TAD AKERS Event Facility also offers a select wine list and beer assortment should you desire to have a champagne toast, wine with dinner or a choice of beer. Ask us about our signature drink selections. All bartenders are blacktie and TABC certified.
For our brides we offer customized, all-inclusive wedding packages which include Professional Consultants, red carpet entry, easel for portrait display, sweetheart table, white garden chairs, linen covered tables, chair sashes, fancy fold cloth napkins, choice of candlelit centerpiece, choice of catering selections, Professional Waitstaff, Bride and Groom’s Cake selections, Professional DJ Services as well as set-up/take down.
What hours can the facility be used?
TAD AKERS Event Facility is available for rental daily until Midnight on any day of the week. Our all-inclusive packages are based on a minimum of 4 hours event time. We book only one event per day for weddings, receptions, or large corporate events. We typically are closed on Mondays but occasionally make an exception to this policy.
Is there an additional fee to have the wedding ceremony at TAD AKERS Event Facility?
We do not charge extra for the ceremony to be held at TAD AKERS. However, if additional reserved time beyond the 4 hours scheduled for the event are needed in order to accommodate the plans of the bride and groom, those will be charged accordingly. Additional charges for a minister or backdrop for the ceremony are charged on an as needed basis and will be discussed fully with the prospective bride and groom.
The charge for a ceremony only is $1,200.00 & includes 2 hours of
facility usage time.
Ceremony fee discounted 50% when coupled with Reception Booking.
